By accessing entrepreneursforchrist.com (the "Site") or participating in Entrepreneurs for Christ ("E4C") activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site exists to encourage entrepreneurs and marketplace leaders in their faith, share biblical teaching, publish ministry updates, and coordinate prayer and community. Content is offered as spiritual encouragement, not professional advice.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site.
- Do not submit content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Do not impersonate any person, ministry, or organization.
3. Submissions
By submitting a prayer request, contact message, or other content, you grant E4C a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of responding, praying, and operating the ministry. You represent you have the right to share the content submitted.
4. Intellectual Property
All Site design, text, images, and code are © Entrepreneurs for Christ or its licensors, except scripture and third-party content used under fair use or license. You may share brief quotations for personal, non-commercial, or educational use with attribution to entrepreneursforchrist.com. Any other reproduction requires prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, SMS, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to the portions of the service they provide. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
6. No Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or freedom from errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E4C, its leaders, volunteers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Site or participation in ministry activities.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E4C from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
